Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has pledged to prioritise education to ensure learning under conducive environment. During a visit to Maryland Primary School, Lagos, yesterday, he also promised that dilapidated school buildings would be repaired during the holiday. Represented by his deputy, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, the governor said the goal was to ensure learning in a comfortable atmosphere. According to him, the state government knows the importance of education and is willing to align its policies and programmes to promote quality education amid good learning environment. Hamzat went round to inspect facilities in the school, to see if they were fit for learning.
